It was only four years ago, but it was a very different time for Toronto housing demand. </p><p><img alt="268 Euclid Ave. Toronto" id="content-image-116306" src="https://display.blogto.com/uploads/2025/04/15/1744753429-20250403-268euclidave-toronto-18.jpg?w=1400&cmd=resize&quality=70" /></p><p class="caption">The front entrance. </p><p>But in the four years since, 268 Euclid Ave. got a major glow-up.</p><p><img alt="268 Euclid Ave. Toronto" id="content-image-116302" src="https://display.blogto.com/uploads/2025/04/15/1744753428-20250403-268euclidave-toronto-14.jpg?w=1400&cmd=resize&quality=70" /></p><p class="caption">The main floor with a small powder room tucked away. </p><p>The house was fully rebuilt in 2021. It's basically a spa in your backyard. </p><p><img alt="268 Euclid Ave. Toronto" id="content-image-116298" src="https://display.blogto.com/uploads/2025/04/15/1744753427-20250403-268euclidave-toronto-10.jpg?w=1400&cmd=resize&quality=70" /></p><p class="caption">A home office. </p><p>Now, 268 Euclid Ave. is <a href="https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/28149471/268-euclid-avenue-toronto-palmerston-little-italy-palmerston-little-italy">listed for $3,918,000</a>, nearly double what it sold for in 2021.</p><p><img alt="268 Euclid Ave. Toronto" id="content-image-116291" src="https://display.blogto.com/uploads/2025/04/15/1744753425-20250403-268euclidave-toronto-3.jpg?w=1400&cmd=resize&quality=70" /></p><p class="caption">A sitting area and a double-car garage. </p><p>And even though that seems audacious, it's actually pretty on par for the area, which saw property values go up a staggering 44 per cent since 2021. </p>
