A TTC subway closure this weekend will shut down almost five kilometres of track at the western end of Line 2. The transit agency will shut down subway service on Line 2 between Kipling and Jane stations for the duration of the weekend on Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27. All stations along the closure will remain accessible for passengers looking to purchase and reload fares or connect with surface routes. Subway service between Ossington and Jane stations will be replaced by shuttle buses from 11 p.m. nightly until the end of service, from Mon., April 28 to Fri., May 2, due to planned track work. Regular subway service will resume on Monday, April 28, at 6 a.m.
