Not only is this house very reasonably priced, but it is also the first time this house has been on the market in 40 years. Now, before we get ahead of ourselves, the home does need some work. And we're guessing the bathroom does too, since it wasn't even in any of the listing photos. The listing also says, "surprisingly few things in home inspection for next owner," which sounds suspiciously too good to be true.
