Poland's foreign minister says his country has evidence that Russia recruited people on the Telegram messaging service to carry out last year's massive shopping centre fire in Warsaw. Poland carried out a year-long investigation into the shopping centre incident, before concluding the fire was organised by an unnamed person in Russia. Another shopping centre in Warsaw, Modlinska 6D, was opened in October last year, with traders relocating their businesses to the new site.
