Canadians who have breast implants may be part of a new class-action lawsuit launched against a medical aesthetics company. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has certified a nationwide class action against the defendants Allergan PLC, Allergan Limited, Allergan, Inc., Allergan USA, Inc. and/or Allergan Inc. The plaintiff in the lawsuit alleges that the companies were "negligent in the design, manufacture, testing, and/or post-market surveillance of Textured Breast Implants and Allergan Silicone Breast Implants."
