You know summer has arrived in Toronto when Kensington Market's Pedestrian Sundays kick off for the season, showcasing all of the food, drinks, wares, arts and vibes that make the quirky downtown pocket such a well-loved destination.
Future iterations later in the summer, though not yet cancelled, also appear somewhat uncertain at this time.
"The May 2025 edition of Pedestrian Sundays (PSK), Sunday, May 25, will be paused.
This decision follows extensive community feedback and the recent public consultation on the festival's direction," reads a statement sent to blogTO by The Kensington Market Business Improvement Area on Friday evening.
Looking ahead, the remainder of PSK 2025 dates beyond May are in the process of being "reassessed."
