Matthew Radalj Radalj had lived in Beijing for a number of years when he was arrested in January 2020During this time prisoners must follow extremely harsh rules in what he described as horrific conditions. One of these was the "good behaviour points system" which was a way – at least in theory – to reduce your sentence. Radalj said that there were a number of prisoners - including himself - who didn't bother with the points system.
