
28 arrested as Chelsea, Betis fans clash in Poland

Police said they arrested 28 people after fans of Chelsea and Real Betis clashed several times ahead of Wednesday's Conference League final in the Polish host city of Wroclaw .
For much of the day, police officers kept a cordon around Chelsea fans celebrating in the city's main square.
There was a large police presence in Wroclaw ahead of Wednesday's Conference League final.
Chelsea, twice Champions League winners and six time English top-flight champions, arrive at the final having secured fourth place in the Premier League on Sunday, giving them Champions League football next season.
"We are loving every second of this , we're going to celebrate afterwards, and we hope Chelsea fans will cry."
