I should note that the Weber Smoque smokes, bakes, and roasts, but isn’t designed for direct heat. Once you load a pellet smoker up with fuel and food, you can go about your business, leaving the pellet smoker to handle the cooking. That said, the brand’s nearly 75 years in the grill-making business is certainly on display with this pellet smoker.
