Back when 1 Sunflower Ct. sold in 2016 for just under $3 million, it was a dated four-bedroom bungalow with wall-to-wall carpeting everywhere.
Designed by architect Richard Wengle and curated by Raphael Gomes Interiors, this mansion is more palace than home.
There's the "King and Queen's Sanctuary," which, in more normal terms, is a primary suite.
The primary suite features dual spa-inspired bathrooms and two separate custom walk-in closets that are bigger than most Toronto condos.
The kitchen features Miele appliances, including a built-in coffee station, microwave, oven, and a Wolf gas cooktop that would make Gordon Ramsay weep.
