Threads is rolling out a test that will let you hide images or text that contain spoilers, according to a post from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
With the test, you’ll be able to blur content by tapping an image or highlighting text and selecting the “mark spoiler” option.
Reddit similarly lets you hide posts or comments using its “spoiler” tag, but it’s nice to see another platform adopting the feature, since it’s never fun to scroll past unexpected spoilers.
Spoilers will also look a bit different depending on which device you’re using.
“This feature is currently optimized for mobile, but we’re working to improve the experience for desktop,” Booker said.
