Only in the Bridle Path would a shell of a house be listed for over $8 million. To be fair to 19 Royal Oak Dr., it's a very substantial and seemingly well-built shell — but a shell nonetheless. That said, in a neighbourhood where the average home sells for almost $14 million, this place is basically a bargain. The exterior of 19 Royal Oak Dr. boasts a natural limestone façade, artificial slate roof, and bulletproof mahogany-framed windows, because apparently even your windows need to be baller in the Bridle Path. Basically, it has all the trappings of your standard Bridle Path mansion along with the soaring ceiling heights, abundance of natural light and the promise of designer finishes throughout.
