
Toronto Raptors fire Masai Ujiri after 12 years and a championship

The Toronto Raptors have fired Masai Ujiri after 12 years at the helm of the team.
ESPN's Shams Charania reported on Friday morning that the Raptors had parted ways with Ujiri, who served in various executive roles, including vice-president and president of the team.
Ujiri led the Raptors to the team's first championship in 2019.
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and Masai Ujiri have decided to part ways, as Ujiri was entering the final year of his contract, sources tell ESPN.
