Unfortunately, social media companies don’t always make it very easy to rescind their grips on your attention. Now, your accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Meta’s AI app can be deleted from a central hub, called Meta Accounts Center. Pick the account and hit Delete account and then Continue. Deleting Facebook won’t also delete Instagram at the same time, you’ll have to go back and do each service separately. In the sidebar to the left, look for Accounts Center then click See more in Accounts Center.
