The Nerd Reich is a term that some people use to describe a cultish group of tech billionaires who basically seek to replace democracy with something resembling corporate dictatorship. It sees a post-United States world where, instead of democracy, we will have basically tech feudalism — fiefdoms run by tech corporations. So, these tech billionaires always want to scream about a few blocks in San Francisco where there’s fentanyl addiction. They say, “Don’t say all tech, don’t say all Silicon Valley.” Well, where are all the techies in Silicon Valley, the CEOs, speaking out against this stuff?
