As both a TV host and a business leader, he would ask thoughtful questions and deliver regular affirmations. I ask Lemonis what he's good and bad at. Lemonis says this like it's a good thing. That path is good for this young guy, and good for the company, and therefore good for Lemonis too, because it means that one day this guy (and this company) won't need Lemonis.
