Efficient Computer's Electron E1 CPU – 100x more efficient than Arm?

That's the bold claim from Efficient Computer, a new startup stepping into the embedded market with their Electron E1 chip.
Efficient’s goal is to approach the problem by static scheduling and control of the data flow - don’t buffer, but run.
But Efficient Computer, with their E1 chip, is betting that's not enough.
The Efficient compiler converts the C++ or Rust code in a data flow graph - and that’s a key point here.
Crucially, this isn't software-emulated data flow; the hardware is designed to be the data flow engine.
