Toronto has no shortage of old houses, but few have the historical pedigree of 171 Old Forest Hill Rd.
Known as the William Moore House, this rare Regency-style cottage is one of the last surviving examples of its kind in the city and one of the oldest homes still standing in Toronto.
"When this house was built Old Forest Hill Rd.
It was a horse path," realtor Russell Willer shared with blogTO.
Currently listed at $4,150,000, 171 Old Forest Hill Rd.
