A Toronto-based delivery company has found itself at the centre of an online storm thanks to a simple case of mistaken identity. Dragonfly Delivery, a small Ontario company specializing in same-day courier services, has been hit with a barrage of one-star reviews online over the past several weeks. In response to the wave of negative reviews, Dragonfly Delivery has repeatedly clarified that it is not associated with Dragonfly Shipping.
