The rap/rock performer revealed late Wednesday afternoon that he would be playing a very last-minute concert at the city's small but iconic Horseshoe Tavern just hours later, with the show set to start at 8 p.m. Earlier in the day, MGK posted a cryptic Instagram story alluding that he was in the 6ix, which included a selfie along with a single "hush" emoji. Those among his 9.1 million followers who were keeping up then saw a flyer for the concert posted for the very first time around 4 p.m., with the celeb writing in another story that the show would be completely free of charge, and open to only 300 people. This isn't the first time that the humble Horseshoe has hosted such a big name this year, either: in January, legendary country star Keith Urban took the stage, with resale tickets going for more than $1,000.
