The application process has begun for jobs at the FIFA World Cup in 2026 — but, these are volunteer positions. Vancouver and Toronto are among the 16 host cities, meaning FIFA is looking for a large number of volunteers in those two Canadian locales. With 48 countries competing, the 2026 tournament will be the largest FIFA World Cup ever held. "Volunteers are the heart, soul and smile of FIFA tournaments," said FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
