This annual event is packed with all sorts of delicious desserts from local vendors, with a spotlight on the fan favourite: butter tarts. The vendor list is quite robust this year, including beloved local spots like Wiishkobi Homebaked Goods, Gluten Free Girl, Delicious All Day Coffee — perfect to pair with your tarts — and many more. Butter tart festivals always seem to create a huge buzz in Ontario, with numerous celebrations of the dessert happening through spring and summer, bringing home and professional bakers, tart-lovers, and anyone with a sweet tooth together for a scrumptious and fun-filled time. This particular one will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 16 at the Albion Bolton Community Centre, located at 150 Queen St. S. in Bolton.
