Before he signed, McLaurin walked to the field, greeted several teammates and hugged quarterback Jayden Daniels' mother, Regina Jackson, as well as owner Josh Harris.
Despite playing with 11 different starting quarterbacks in his six years in the NFL, McLaurin has recorded 1,000-yard seasons in each of the past five.
To date, though, the only thing McLaurin has signed at the Commanders' facility is autographs.
