Back then, the ground floor was home to a beauty salon, while the rest of the building was residential.
Maybe they hit permit snags, maybe funding ran dry, or maybe they're just taking a really long coffee break.
In reality, there are zero bedrooms, zero bathrooms and zero roof.
Still, the description reads like a brochure for a finished luxury building: "Property features premium layouts, mostly furnished suites, exceptional tenant appeal, and is built to the highest sustainability standards."
Either way, if the plan is to sell the building as-is for $13.6 million, it's a bold move.
