You can do something that doesn’t scale — and leave it that way. It’s not like everyone knows each other’s life story, but they’ve been around long enough to feel comfortable sharing things they wouldn’t post on Twitter. AI tools make it cheap to create software for an audience of one — and sometimes, that’s the best possible audience. In a world obsessed with scale, there’s a quiet satisfaction in leaving good enough alone.
