Days after Florence and the Machine confirmed their long-awaited sixth studio album, Everybody Scream, the band dropped the title track and its accompanying music video Wednesday.
In the spellbinding visual, Florence Welch appears in a crimson-red dress as she stomps through an eerie landscape before barging into a room, sending everyone into a possessed state.
A special edition “Chamber Version” is also up for for grabs, promising “four exclusive” versions of tracks from the album.
Although this is Florence and the Machine’s first studio album since 2022’s Dance Fever, they’ve continued to release music.
In 2023, they recorded “Mermaids” and for the Yellowjackets soundtrack, released a cover of No Doubt’s “Just a Girl.”
