Hours before releasing her latest album, Sabrina Carpenter gave listeners a fair warning: “The album is not for any pearl clutchers.” Today, the pop star officially released her highly anticipated, not-for-prudes seventh studio album, Man’s Best Friend. The album features writing and production credits for Carpenter, Amy Allen, Jack Antonoff, and John Ryan across all of the tracks. Carpenter caused a hubbub after she shared the album art of her kneeling next to a figure in a suit who’s grabbing her hair. Ahead of the album’s release, Carpenter posed for the cover of Rolling Stone and spoke at length about her journey to the new record.
