Fans will be one step closer to getting their hands on FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets this week. The first ticket lottery process begins on Wednesday, Sept. 10, and continues until Friday, Sept. 19, though you'll need a Visa to ultimately purchase tickets. "With just ten months to go until the FIFA World Cup 26 kicks off, we are excited to launch the first phase of ticket sales for the tournament," said FIFA World Cup 2026 Chief Operating Officer, Heimo Schirgi. FIFA will also launch its own resale platform for tickets, while Canada Soccer will hold a ticket lottery, with tickets selected at random. Canada will host 13 World Cup matches in 2026 — seven at BC Place in Vancouver and six at BMO Field in Toronto.
