A new bakery will soon be opening in the space that one of Toronto's favourite donut shops once called home. Jupiter Bakehouse, the new brick-and-mortar home for a farmers market staple created by local chef and baker Jackson Forster. The backbone of Jupiter Bakehouse, Forster tells us, is showcasing Canadian grain and produce through fermented sourdough bread and traditional French pastry. Jupiter Bakehouse, he believes, will be a perfect fit. Jupiter Bakehouse will be located at 1505 Gerrard St. E.
