Huge $5M Toronto estate with saltwater pool and private creek is basically a resort

With almost 3 million people living in an increasingly cramped Toronto, huge acre-sized estates are almost mythical — unless you're Drake-level rich and living in the Bridle Path. With 60 feet of frontage on Mimico Creek, no neighbours in sight, and deeded creek access, it feels like your own private nature reserve. There's a 42-by-22-foot heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, sports court, shuffleboard, an in-ground trampoline, and multiple patios for entertaining. Upstairs, the primary suite offers vaulted ceilings, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-like ensuite. is not bad for what's basically a private resort in the middle of Etobicoke.
