A Toronto brewery that's been a neighbourhood stalwart for 13 years is closing permanently this month — but it might not be the end.
A casual, friendly haunt, Indie Alehouse is everything you could possibly want in a neighbourhood brewpub.
The craft brewery became such an institution that, upon Eataly's arrival in Toronto, the brewery scored a coveted partnership with the international brand to open an offshoot location at the chain's inaugural Toronto location at Bay and Bloor.
While Indie Alehouse remains a superpower on the local brewing scene, not everything is built to last.
Indie Alehouse is located at 2876 Dundas St. W.
