It's spooky season in Toronto — the air's crisp, the pumpkins are out, and a fully gutted house in Toronto's Trinity-Bellwoods just hit the market for less than a million dollars. 319 Crawford St. might just be the most hauntingly good deal in one of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods, where houses typically sell for close to $4 million. Now, it's been reduced by more than half, which in Toronto real estate terms is about as shocking as finding an actual ghost in your basement. So while this one might look a little haunted now, it's really just waiting for its resurrection. Just watch out for the spiders and surprise renovation costs... those will give you a real fright.
