Shortly after the start of morning subway service on Monday, the TTC announced an outage on Line 2 between Victoria Park and Kennedy stations due to a fire at track level. The transit agency later expanded the closure to the approximately 7-kilometre stretch between Woodbine and Kennedy stations due to debris on the tracks.
