Canada has issued a new travel advisory, cautioning visitors about potential safety risks when travelling in Australia. According to a Nov. 23 travel advisory update, the Government of Canada is urging Canadians to stay informed and review the latest travel advice for Australia. It could also make it difficult to access emergency services and medical care. The Government of Canada regularly updates travel information and advice to help Canadians "make informed decisions and travel safely while [they] are outside Canada." Canadians travelling internationally can sign up for Registration of Canadians Abroad (ROCA).
