The Toronto Blue Jays have added a bit of star power this offseason. On Tuesday, it was reported that the Blue Jays signed free agent pitcher Cody Ponce, fresh off a season winning the KBO's MVP as the best player in South Korea. But interestingly, he also comes with a famous brother-in-law, as pointed out by Postmedia's Rob Wong: San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle. While we don't know how Ponce will turn out in Toronto, we can bet that Kittle will be cheering him on. After spring training wraps up in Florida, the Blue Jays head back to Toronto for a March 27 home opener against the Athletics.
