If you own a toaster oven, it could be a part of a massive recall in Canada. On Monday, the recall for Oster French Door Toaster Countertop Ovens was expanded by Health Canada due to a "burn hazard." Oster reported that 170,560 units of the product affected by the recall were sold in Canada, and 1.29 million were sold in the U.S. The impacted toaster ovens were sold from January 2015 to July 2025 in Canada.
