Canadians could soon get money from a massive settlement in a class-action lawsuit filed against Keurig.
Keurig has agreed to pay a settlement amount worth $1.85 million, according to a Jan. 12 notice issued by claims administrator Eqitas.
The court has approved legal fees that amount to $634,845.17, plus taxes, which will be deducted from the $1.85-million settlement.
You could be eligible if you purchased Keurig K-Cup single-serve coffee pods and/or Keurig coffee machines or brewing systems sold in Canada from June 8, 2016, to Dec. 8, 2025.
