Donald Trump revealed in an interview today that he won’t be attending the Super Bowl, and he slammed a pair of musical acts set to perform on Feb. 8 in Santa Clara, California.
Speaking to the New York Post, the president, who attended the 2025 Super Bowl, said he wouldn’t be at Levi’s Stadium for the big game because “it’s just too far away.” “I’ve [gotten] great hands [at] the Super Bowl.
“I would go if, you know, it was a little bit shorter.”In addition to the distance, Trump also criticized the NFL’s choice of performers for this year’s Super Bowl LX, specifically Green Day, who are playing a pregame concert, and halftime show headliner Bad Bunny.
“I’m anti-them,” Trump said of the artists.
