Finneas defended his sister Billie Eilish after she was criticized by “very powerful old white men” for her Grammys acceptance speech. Both siblings wore ”ICE Out” pins as Eilish urged people to stand strong against the ongoing ICE raids. “Seeing a lot of very powerful old white men outraged about what my 24 year old sister said during her acceptance speech,” he wrote. These included Eilish, her brother and collaborator Finneas, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Brandi Carlile, Jack Antonoff, Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, Margo Price, and Samara Joy. She also took home Album of the Year for When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?
